Paint Night Parties

Not at all! The video has simple step-by-step instructions with a real Paint Night artist who will lead the painting. You just need to keep your guests happy!

1. Head to PaintNite.com to check out our awesome painting tutorials. All original designs, may we add!
2. Pick one, and tell us whether or not you want supplies, how many kits you need and where we should ship them.
3. Plan any other details you want to include: guests, refreshments etc…
4. Make sure your venue/space has enough seats and elbow room for all your guests.
5. Protect any surfaces you’re painting on. Remember to cover your clothes too!
6. We'll email you the tutorial link (it'll also be on your PaintNite.com account).
7. Open the link and hit play whenever you’re ready. The artist will show everything in real-time. Plus, we'll add simple written steps and cues to tell you when to turn your tunes up or down.
8. You can pause and rewind the video at any time—so you can really go at your own pace.
9. The rest is up to you! Get crazy with it!

If you're using our painting kits, we’ve got you covered with disposable tablecloths. Try to choose a floor that's easy to clean or, better yet, take the party outside!

Mistake? What mistake? Only happy accidents, right? But seriously, just keep going—this is more for fun and about becoming the next Picasso!

Plus, there’s no need to get all fancy or hire a babysitter when you paint at home. You can just set up your painting station at the dining room table and let your creativity flow! Just tuck the kids into bed before you start.

We use acrylic paint for our DIY Paint Night Parties. They’re non-toxic and safe for budding artists of all ages.

If you want the same materials as us at your paint station, you will need:
● A palette
● A range of brushes
● Acrylic paints (primary colors, white and black)
● An 11x16 canvas
● Tablecloth
● An apron (or old t-shirt)
● Optional: Easel

You’re welcome to do anything you like! You don’t even have to do the same design as us. Just watch out—different craft paints may react differently from ours.

Our kits are made for one person.

Each painting kit contains five colors: red, yellow, blue, white and black. Fear not; your host will show you how to use them to mix other colors.

Yes, we use non-toxic, water-based acrylic paints.

You can use pretty much any device that connects to the internet: a laptop, tablet or even stream from your phone to your TV. The screen would be as big as possible in an ideal world so everyone can see.

We'll shoot an email with the tutorial link, but you can also find it on your PaintNite.com account. It'll be there for six months, so you have plenty of time to return to it.

You’ll have your video tutorial for six months, and you can come back to it as and when and however often you please! Find it on your PaintNite.com account.

Our videos are usually 90-120mins long. The rest depends on how often you hit pause or rewind and what you do around the activity.

We’d say at least five business days. We typically ship kits in 24 business hours.
