To join our affiliate program, you must complete the registration process on the Post Affiliate Pro platform ("Platform") and provide accurate and complete information.

1.3 Promotion

As an affiliate, you will promote our products or services using unique referral links, banners, or other marketing materials provided by us through the Platform.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Compliance

You agree to promote our products or services ethically and in a manner that does not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

2.2 Marketing Materials

You may only use the marketing materials provided by us through the Platform for promoting our products or services. Modifying or creating your own marketing materials without our explicit consent is prohibited.

2.3 Good Faith

You will act in good faith and avoid any activities that may harm our reputation or the reputation of our products or services.

2.4 Prohibited Activities

You shall not engage in any activities that may be deemed unethical, illegal, or fraudulent, including but not limited to spamming, cookie stuffing, or misleading advertising.

2.5 Compliance with Laws

You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws.

3. Commission and Payment

3.1 Commission Structure

The commission structure, rates, and payment terms will be specified within the Platform or in a separate commission agreement.

3.2 Qualified Referrals

Commissions will only be paid for qualified referrals that result in a specified action, such as a sale or a lead, as determined by us.

3.3 Payment

Commissions will be paid according to the agreed-upon payment schedule specified in the Platform or in a separate commission agreement.

3.4 Chargebacks and Refunds

We reserve the right to reverse or adjust commissions for any chargebacks, refunds, or canceled orders.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in our products, services, and marketing materials shall remain the sole property of the Company.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products or services in accordance with this Agreement.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

5.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and any outstanding commissions will be paid according to the payment terms outlined in this Agreement.

6. Modification

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes via the Platform or through the email address provided during registration. Your continued participation in the affiliate program after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA and Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA and Canada.
